This cocktail is perfect for those who love a deep, layered drink with a touch of drama.
Tip: When you smoke the glass first, the smoke will cling to the sides, and with every sip, your nose will catch that smoky aroma. While the drink itself remains unchanged, your senses will be tricked into thinking the entire profile has shifted, adding a unique layer of depth to each sip. Some prefer to smoke the completed drink again for visual effect, which is perfectly fine, but keep in mind that the smoke will only linger on the surface of the liquid.

¾ oz Sweet Vermouth

Cocktail Smoker with Travel Case
Directions
Add ice to a rocks glass.
With a cocktail smoker, fill the glass with cherry smoke. Leave smoker on top for at least 30 seconds.
In a mixing glass, combine the whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds.
Strain the mixture into the rocks glass.
Garnish with orange peel.
