Blind Pig Drinking Co. began with a Wisconsin classic—the Brandy Old Fashioned. After visiting local spots with my daughter (she’s of age!) and discovering the growing trend of smoked Old Fashioneds, I became fascinated with creating richer, deeper cocktail flavors at home.

After a Father’s Day gift—a battery-powered cocktail smoker—failed after two uses, I set out to build something better. Working with a friend, we engineered a smoker with a stainless-steel chamber—cleaner, more durable, and far more consistent than the wooden designs on the market. When friends and family tasted the smooth, aromatic results, we knew we had created something truly special.
