Refund policy

Of course, we never want you to feel the need to cancel. However, you can cancel at any time before your item is shipped.  Simply send an email with your order number to Cheers@BlindPigDrinkingCo.com ... no questions asked, and we'll take care of it right away. If your order has shipped and is within 30 days, however, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Contact us at Cheers@BlindPigDrinkingCo.com, and we will issue you a shipping label for you to print.  Then simply drop off the item at your nearest USPS or UPS Store (depending on shipping method) and we'll do the rest! 

Please do not ship the item without notifying us first. We have certain addresses where the returns are to be processed. Your return must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used (minus a 3% credit card processing fee) when placing your order. Unused barrels will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
