The Smoked Sidecar is a bold twist on the classic cocktail, adding a smoky aroma that enhances the richness of cognac and the zesty citrus notes of orange liqueur and lemon juice. Perfect for those who appreciate a balance of sophistication and depth in their drinks.
Tip: When you smoke the glass first, the smoke will cling to the sides, and with every sip, your nose will catch that smoky aroma. While the drink itself remains unchanged, your senses will be tricked into thinking the entire profile has shifted, adding a unique layer of depth to each sip. Some prefer to smoke the completed drink again for visual effect, which is perfectly fine, but keep in mind that the smoke will only linger on the surface of the liquid.
