Smoked Gin and Tonic


    • 2oz Gin
    • 4oz Tonic Water
    • Garnish Ideas:
      • Lime
      • Lemon
      • Cucumber
      • Mint
      • Orange Peel
    • Pinch of Maple Chips


    1. Add large amount of ice to your favorite glass.
    2. Add gin.
    3. Set the Hogtender Smoker on the glass.
    4. Place a pinch of Maple chips in the smoke chamber, or your favorite chips.
    5. Smoke the glass and let sit for 30-60 seconds.  The longer, the more flavorful.
    6. Add tonic water.
    7. Mix and enjoy
